The Brief

Gardiner Place is a mixed-use retail led development in Henley-on-Thames. The affluent market town is an international tourist destination that is famous for the Royal Regatta.

The development team approached us and asked us to execute the new development branding. This involved designing a brand, lettings brochure, website, hoarding and window vinyls for the development stages of the project.

NEW DEVELOPMENT BRANDING

The Result

The logo includes a bullhorn icon as this is commonly used in rowing when the crew coaches instruct the rowers.

The colour palette used throughout the design is ‘Regatta’ blue and mint green that is seen on the deck chairs around the riverbank during the rowing races.

The brochure is incredibly visual, using photographs taken around the town centre to give a real sense of what Henley-on-Thames is all about.

The website and brochure designs go hand in hand and the brochure is downloadable from all pages on the website.
